2025-2026 school year
Dear parents, we would draw your attention to the deadlines to submit your application during the 2^nd enrolment phase for the 2025-2026 school year:

Eligibility requests: from Monday 19 May 2025 at 8:00 until Thursday 21 August 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time
Enrolment/transfer applications:
- from Monday 19 May to Wednesday 11 June 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time
- or from Monday 18 August to Friday 22 August 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time*

^# The enrolments secretariats of the schools/sites will be closed from 21 July to 15 August 2025.

If you have previously submitted an eligibility request as from 2022-2023, it is not necessary to submit a new one. In this case, please connect directly to your account by clicking on “Sign in” on the top right of your screen considering the deadlines indicated above.

In order to verify the eligibility for enrolment or transfer of your child(ren) in or to the Brussels European Schools, please provide the following information:

Your surname

Your first name

Telephone

Email address (Please indicate your own personal valid email address.)

If you are working in a European School, please provide your EURSC.EU professional address

School year

First preference school/site

Please indicate the pupil(s) for whom eligibility is to be verified (using this format: SURNAME First name ; SURNAME First name ; …)

In order to verify to which category of pupil your child(ren) belongs, please upload the 'Attestation for the European School' (pdf only)
