Dear parents, we would draw your attention to the deadlines to submit your application during the 2^nd enrolment phase for the 2025-2026 school year:

• Eligibility requests: from Monday 19 May 2025 at 8:00 until Thursday 21 August 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time
• Enrolment/transfer applications: 
  • from Monday 19 May to Wednesday 11 June 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time
  • or from Monday 18 August to Friday 22 August 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time*

^# The enrolments secretariats of the schools/sites will be closed from 21 July to 15 August 2025.​​​​​​​

If you have previously submitted an eligibility request as from 2022-2023, it is not necessary to submit a new one. In this case, please connect directly to your account by clicking on “Sign in” on the top right of your screen considering the deadlines indicated above.

2024-2025 school year

Dear parents, we would draw your attention to the deadlines to submit your application for enrolment after the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year (in accordance with Article 12 of the Policy on Enrolment):

• Eligibility requests: as from 11 September 2024 until 2 April 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time 
• Submission of enrolment/transfer applications: 
  • As from 11 September 2024 and 2 months at the earliest before the start of the planned schooling,
  • Until 4 April 2025 at 16:00 – Brussels time
